HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE COUNT

I started the practice of law in PTC working in the firm of Glover & Davis, PA for Jim Webb in 1987. I was mentored by Jim, John Stuckey and Litt Glover and began practicing in the areas of commercial real estate, business litigation and felony criminal law. I was well taught and in just four years I was offered and accepted a full equity stake in Glover & Davis.

In 1992 I was the senior attorney in Glover & Davis's personal injury section and it was sucessful though small due to the firm's refusal to seek out injury cases via advertising or referral from other lawyers and I continued to primarily represent business, construction and banking institutional clients in large disputes.

In 1993 I made the decision to act upon my desire to start my own practice and to concentrate on getting good advise and counsel to the individual not just to institutional clients.

In the past nearly 23 years I have accumulated a vast and deep experience base in all kinds of cases but today concentrate primarily in the areas of personal injury and family law: But I offer advise and counsel to my clients in any and all serious legal matters: Hence my motto: " If I can't help you I will know who can."
